If players can’t join your ARK server, use these checks to restore connectivity quickly.
Step 1: Confirm the Server Is Running
In the FinnishHost panel, make sure the status is Online. If not, start it and watch the Web Console.
Step 2: Share the Correct Address
Copy the IP and port from your service overview. Ask players to connect using the in-game server browser or direct connect.
Step 3: Match Versions and Mods
Players must run the same game build and have required mods installed/updated.
Step 4: Retry After Restart
Restart the server after major changes to INIs or mods. Many settings apply only on startup.
