Use this workflow to wipe your ARK world and start fresh, or to reseed for a new experience.
Step 1: Stop the Server
Stop the service before deleting any save files.
Step 2: Open File Manager
Go to ShooterGame/Saved/ → your save folder.
Step 3: Delete World Saves
Remove .ark, .arkprofile, and .arktribe save files to wipe structures and characters.
Step 4: (Optional) Change Seed or Map
Adjust map and difficulty in startup parameters and GameUserSettings.ini as needed.
Step 5: Start and Verify
Start the server and watch the Web Console for clean generation messages.
Notes
Wipes permanently delete progress. Make a backup first if you think you may want to roll back.
